Articulate · Digital & Social Audit
Prepared June 2026

POLE POSITION

Website audit — the honest state of your digital estate

An independent audit of all three live properties and the social footprint behind Pole Position & Immersive Esports — built from live data, not opinion. Prepared for Ryan Trutch by Articulate. Every figure below is tagged to its source; the source list sits at the foot of the page.

The one-line verdict

You run three websites that look like three different companies — and not one of them sells your highest-margin line, corporate events, to the people who hold the budget. The money door is missing.

3 brand systems, 3 fonts, 3 reds

74 reviews — under-used proof

Method: every site and review figure was captured by live automated scrape on 5 June 2026. Where a number comes from you (the brief) rather than our own measurement, it is labelled client-stated and flagged as unverified — we don't pass off your numbers as ours.

The verdict

No proprietary tech

WordPress ×2 + Shopify. Nothing justifies $27k of rebuilds.

The real problem

Three brands, no door

Three font systems, three reds — and no corporate enquiry path anywhere.

The fix

One site, F1 register

Consolidate on the .net look, keep Shopify, retire p-1.me with redirects.

Part 01

The Websites

Three properties, three different design languages, and a corporate-events business with nowhere to convert. Site by site, no softening.

p-1.me Pole Position — the events agency
Weakest — rebuild first
  • Copy reads like 2015 SEO filler: headings such as "p1 as the best automotive events agency in Dubai" and "international automotive events p1 organized", keyword-stuffed, lower-cased. src 1
  • Typos and grammar errors in live body copy — "intergraded" (twice), "manufactures" for manufacturers, stray apostrophes. This sits under the word "premium". src 1
  • Broken hierarchy: the H1 renders at 16px — smaller than body text on most sites. No visual lead. src 1
  • The detected primary call-to-action is literally "Our Sim Racing Store Has Moved." The actual business — turnkey corporate automotive events — has no enquiry funnel; just a newsletter pop-up and a WhatsApp widget. src 1
  • Walls of unlabelled client/partner logos (Ferrari, Aramco, Porsche, Pirelli, BMW, Aston Martin, W Hotels, Yas Marina). Elite proof — zero framing. src 1
Verdict: dated and off-brand for a self-described premium consultancy. Built on WordPress by a third-party shop. This is the first thing to go.
immersive-esports.net The sim-racing centre & booking
Strongest — the design base
  • Dark #111 base, race-red #E63946, high-energy — the closest of the three to a real F1 / broadcast feel. src 2
  • Bold hero (H1 ~119px), clear product range (F1 / GT / 3motion / 6DOF / bike / flight + an 8-sim mobile trailer), pop-up locations (Five Iron Golf, DRVN Cafe by Porsche), pricing from AED 50 / 15 min, online booking with deposit. src 2
  • But the detected primary CTA reads "Write a review" — not BOOK. The strongest site points its loudest button at the wrong action. src 2
  • Consumer-only. No corporate / activation track anywhere on it. src 2
Verdict: the best visual base you own. We make this look the design north-star for everything — and bolt the corporate door onto it.
immersive-esports.me The Shopify rig store
Functional — but leaking trust
  • Localisation is broken: every country in the picker (Bahrain, Saudi, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar…) shows prices in AED — on a store that sells internationally. src 3
  • A primary button reads "GET A QUATE" — a typo on a money button. src 3
  • Three different contact addresses mixed on one page ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]). src 3
  • A third visual language again — teal #003E51 + red on dark, different fonts (Raleway/Manrope). src 3
Verdict: works as a shop, but every detail quietly says "small". Folds into one brand system.

The real story — across all three

Part 03

Who We Benchmarked You Against

You asked who. We benchmarked the estate against the operators winning the corporate sim-racing and experiential-motorsport market in the US and UK — the standard your buyers have already seen.

F1® Arcade UK → US · the primary benchmark
Sim racing + food + drink + private corporate events, at scale

London- and Birmingham-born, now in Boston, Washington DC and Philadelphia. This is your Friday-3pm model built into a category leader. What they do that you don't: a dark, broadcast-grade site built on Titillium Web (Formula 1's own font lineage) and Syncopate, a single unmistakable corporate CTA — "INQUIRE NOW" — and a dedicated private-events engine: a named events team, exclusive / semi-private / private-dining tiers, event credits, F&B upgrades, leaderboard recognition, and meeting packages with presentation screens and private AV, scaling from small groups to 130 guests. src 7

TeamSport Sim Racing UK
Group & corporate sim racing

Elite simulators sold on live data and pro gear, with group bookings as a first-class, clearly-merchandised path — not an afterthought. src 10

Hype Drive UK
Corporate track days + premium hospitality

Full-day corporate track days bundled with instructors and premium hospitality — the exact "team event with status attached" your corporate buyers are comparing you to. src 11

Design-methodology note: this isn't taste. Our process is reference → register → brand archaeology → type system → conversion architecture. We benchmark the category leader, define the visual register (F1 broadcast / telemetry), pull your real equity (race-red, dark, your 45-year story, the client roster, the 4.8★), and only then choose type and lay out the conversion path. The type system above — Titillium Web, Syncopate, Saira Condensed — is the one this page is built in. You're reading the methodology, not just hearing about it.

What you have that none of them do

F1 Arcade is a faceless chain. You are Ryan Trutch — 45 years in the Gulf, a former GM of Dubai Autodrome, a champion, and the man building Saudi Arabia's grassroots motorsport. You have real circuits, real Gulf relationships, KSA reach, and a founder story no franchise can buy. The benchmark tells us the bar. Your story is how you clear it. The rebuild puts you on the grid — not a logo. src 8,9

Part 04

The One Move

Both audits point at the same build. One asset closes most of the gap.

1

One modern, dark, F1/TV-style site

Using the immersive-esports.net look as the design north-star. Consolidate all three properties under a single brand system.

2

A dedicated corporate-events / track-day landing experience

The hero conversion path the estate has never had — built to the needs of the budget-holder, with video doing the selling.

3

Ryan, front and centre

45 years, Dubai Autodrome, Saudi. The founder story the benchmarks can't replicate, made the spine of the site.

4

A LinkedIn-first funnel into it

Connect with budget-holders → content → invite to a Friday corporate track day → this page → booking. The site doubles as the campaign's landing page.

A working build of this site is already in progress.
