What this is: the audit of your selling — every email to a prospect, both lines, 12 months back. What got sent, when, what got answered, what got chased, what closed, by whom, and where the rest died. Events leads arrive by email (your words, Friday) — so this mailbox IS the pipeline record.
What got sent, when, what closed, by whom, where deals died. 12 months.
Delegate or export: info@ + ryan@ + the girls' sent folders. 5 minutes.
Historical baseline loads the quote tracker; ghosted quotes become campaign one.
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| What got sent, when | Every outbound to a prospect, timestamped: first reply, quote, follow-ups. The real cadence, not the remembered one. |
| How fast the first reply went | Response lag is the #1 conversion killer on inbound. We measure it per thread, per person. |
| How many follow-ups before silence | Most deals die after one unanswered email. The count tells us where the engine's auto-chase goes. |
| What closed, by whom | Won threads: who ran them, what the winning sequence looked like, time-to-close. That pattern becomes the playbook. |
| Where the rest died | Quoted-then-ghosted is recoverable revenue. Every dead thread with a quote in it feeds the reactivation list. |
| Who actually owns each account | info@, ryan@, jonelyn@ — three identities, one buyer. The audit maps every thread to a human owner. |
A thread-by-thread table: prospect · line (events/hardware) · first contact · first reply lag · quote sent (value, date) · follow-ups · outcome · owner · last touch. It loads straight into the quote tracker as the historical baseline, and the quoted-but-ghosted rows become the first reactivation campaign. This is the same Extract-Enrich-Re-engage shape as the Paul build, run on the mailbox.
| Access | How | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Events mailbox | Google Workspace: delegate access or a Takeout export of [email protected] + [email protected] sent/received | 5 min to grant |
| Shop mail | Same for [email protected] | 5 min |
| The girls' threads | Their sent folders cover the follow-up record; pairs with the WhatsApp audit | 5 min |
While outside: p-1.me mail posture is decent (strict SPF, DMARC monitoring on); immersive-esports.net is spoofable (neutral SPF on a legacy host record); the shop domain claims two mail systems at once — a deliverability coin-flip for order emails. A Zoho Campaigns install and a parallel Microsoft 365 tenant also showed up in DNS — both questions for the inside pass. Fixes are 30 minutes of DNS, scheduled week 1.
